Wine Tasting, Appetizers & Silent Auction from 6:30 to 7:30 pm
Dinner, Guest Speakers & Live Auction from 7:30 to 9:30 pm

Menu
Appetizers: antipasto tray, gourmet canapés, cheese and fruit
Sunshine Salad: strawberries, oranges & almonds with mixed greens & honey orange vinaigrette dressing
Entrée Choices: Grilled Lemon Pepper Salmon with citrus glaze,
12 oz. New York Strip with merlot demi glaze or
Chicken Picatta sautéed in lemon butter and served with lemon caper buerre blanc
Oven Roasted New Potatoes
Assorted Vegetables
Dessert: pears poached in port wine and served on a raspberry sauce with chantilly cream and fresh mint
Iowa wines served with each course
